The ground on Delos alternates from a paved walkway to loose gravel to uneven rocks in some places. Because the ground can be so uneven we would recommend wearing sneakers or closed-toe shoes for the day. This way you don’t have to worry about walking on rocks or dirt paths.

Why was Delos destroyed?
