Is the ferry from Nova Scotia to PEI free?
The fare is free to take the Confederation bridge or the ferry to PEI but you have to pay to leave the island. However the hook is there is no such thing as a one way ferry crossing to PEI from Caribou. You have to purchase a round trip.
