How long does Carphone Warehouse take to deliver a phone?
We do our best to deliver within 1-2 working days. If you order before 9pm on Friday, your order will be delivered on Monday. If you place your order after 9PM on Friday, your order will be delivered on Tuesday. Deliveries can take longer if an item is held up at customs.
Can I track my Carphone Warehouse order?
Once your order has left our warehouse and is with our courier DPD, they’ll text and email you your parcel number. This is providing you gave us your contact details when you made your order. How do I get next day delivery with Carphone Warehouse?
If you place your order before 9PM on weekdays (Mon-Fri), or 6pm on weekends (Sat-Sun), we can deliver it for free the next day. If you order after these hours, it’ll be processed the next working day.

- The first confirms that we’ve received your order – we’ll send this shortly after you’ve placed it.
