Since 2008, we have owned and operated Slidewaters with the goal of providing an opportunity for people to spend time together, build memories and strengthen relationships. We have done this because we believe stronger relationships give more meaning to life and enhance society as a whole.

Is Slidewaters heated?
The waterpark also features a 500-foot long Lazy River tube ride. For your comfort the water at Slidewaters Lake Chelan is heated. Other amenities include an arcade, picnic area, gift shop, and concessions.
Why do you have to cross your legs on a water slide?
For the same reason, riders cross their legs while sliding. This allows them to reduce the friction caused by air and slide down faster. If they keep their feet open they may end up seriously injuring themselves.

Can you get stuck on a water slide?
Even the same rider may sometimes get “stuck” on a water slide, yet have a fun and successful ride the next time they try the slide. While some riders may be apprehensive about not completing the ride, other riders can see it as an exciting thrill to be one of the guests to slide backwards.

How do I get to the slidewaters?
Park in the upper parking lot and enter through the Lakeside Surf entrance to save time. Guests can pay, check-in with pre-purchased tickets or season passes and get your stamp for Slidewaters at the Surf Entrance. Surf Entrance opens at 8am and the gate to Slidewaters opens at 10am.
